How Many Books Are In The Bloodlines Series

Books like Vampires Academy. 🙂 (not Bloodlines please.).

I really like how the story is well-developed. I can understand and relate to Rose easily and would appreciate if the heroine in the stories you are gonna recommend me is similar to Rose. Truthfully, my personality is like Rose. I love the humor and romance VA has that not many books has. The solid plot, plot…

Hunger Games is brilliant…House of Night is ok, I’m not a teenager and I struggle with it being quite so “teenagerish”. It’s full of references and teenage slang. Not being 16 anymore makes it kind of irrelevant so I do struggle with it as I said…Evernight is okNightworld is goodIntertwined (by Gena Shoalwater) is ok

how many books have you read .. can you tell me greats and famous books to me read .

i´m not an native speaker of english , then sorry for this bad englishbut I would like to know same famous and importants books from your country

Your English is fine. Some of the most famous ones are Twilight, Harry potter, Romeo and Juliet..Some books I loved were: Twilight Series, House of Night Series, Vampire Academy, Bloodlines Series, The Mediator, The darkest Powers Trilogy, The Immortals..Just a matter of preference really. The ones that are really famous but might bore you are:Mobey Dick, The Bible, Frankenstein, Gone with the wind, To kill a Mocking Bird, Pride and Prejudice, and so on..I’ve read 27 books in all, Good luck~!

Boba Fett alive or dead.

I was getting into the Legacy of the Force Series for Star Wars and in the book Bloodlines we see Boba Fett. I thought he died in Return of the Jedi. How is he still alive? Is it another clone? Is it someone else taking on the persona of Boba Fett? Please Help?

Boba Fett is alive. The story doesn’t go very deep into how he did it but I can tell you that the other answer that says he escaped using his jet pack is wrong. The story of how he survived is in one of the “Tales” books. IIRC there are 6 “Tales” books. They are a collection of short stories about Star Wars and many of the “minor characters”. I did around in my book collection and see if I can find which one it was in.You say you are reading the Legacy series … Boba Fett has a HUGE role in that book series … we get to meet his daughter, his grand daughter, and his wife. Boba did make a “cameo” appearance in one of the last books of the New Jedi Order series. I don’t want to give anything away because if you are reading Bloodlines the biggest “shock” of the series comes after a couple more books. All I’ll say is that if you are a Luke and Mara fan you will probably go into a rage about 3/4 of the way through the book that focuses on them.Anyways, I’ll try to find the story about how Boba escapes the sarlacc and get back to you with it … as always …May The Force Be With You …

What are some good paranormal teen romance books, for female teens that are in a series.

I have read the following:TwilightEvermoreThe Mortal InstrumentsHouse of NightIron FeyThe Vampire Diaries**I was also wondering, are the people in the Vampire Academy teenagers, or adults? I prefer to read books with characters around my age. I heard from many people that they were good books, but…

Rose from the Vampire Academy series and Sydney from the Bloodlines series (spin-off of VA) are both in their teens, though a couple of the major supporting characters happen to be in their early 20s. There is a fairly large cast of characters, so you’re going to see a few adult characters every now and then. But mostly you’ll be seeing characters who are around Rose’s and Sydney’s ages since both series take place at a boarding school. But they’re both really great series and I suggest you read them both if you enjoy paranormal romance type stuff. :)Here’s some other recommendations I’ve got for you:The Demon Trapper’s Daughter by Jana Oliver*Soul Thief*Forgiven*ForetoldNote: This series has it all – kickass heroine, hero with a heart of gold and a plot that will keep your head spinning. I’m just bummed that it’s ended already. But it’s easily one of my favorite paranormal series, and the characters are some of my most favorite of all time.Storm by Brigid Kemmerer*Spark*Spirit – releases May 28, 2013Note: This series is about the Merricks – four brothers who get into tons of trouble because they can control the elements. This is one addicting series, and I’m totally in love with Gabriel! I would suggest that you read the short story, Elemental, first because it’s a prequel to Storm. It can be read in the paperback copy of Storm, or bought as an ebook.Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi*Through the Ever NightNote: This is a really great sci-fi dystopian series. Aria, a dweller from a pod city where everything is controlled and life is lived virtually, gets into some trouble when an Outsider breaks his way into Reverie. It’s such a great series and I totally adore the romance. And I LOVE Roar so much! He’s one of my favorite secondary characters ever.Cinder by Marissa Meyer*ScarletNote: This is basically a sci-fi/dystopian retelling of Cinderella. I enjoyed reading it and I especially loved the sci-fi twist, but at times it could be a little meh. I am still looking forward to reading the next one however.Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo*Siege and Storm – June 4, 2013Note: I read this last summer and it was INCREDIBLE. Definitely one of my favorite books of 2012. Alina is such an awesome heroine. I loved her so much. I won’t say anymore though because this is one of those books you really shouldn’t know too much about before reading. But it was so amazing. I can’t wait for the next one!Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder*Magic Study*Fire StudyNote: One of my favorites. 🙂 Yelena is such a strong heroine. I don’t know about you, but she’s the only character I know of (female or otherwise) who learns how to use a bo staff. Pretty cool. And I really loved the romance in this as well. I think I may even have to reread it eventually.Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers*Dark TriumphNote: Love. This. Series. I mean, come on. Assassin nuns? It doesn’t get much cooler than that! Grave Mercy is French history with fantasy and magic tied in. I loved all the female badassery these books consist of. There is quite a lot of political intrigue in book #1 (not quite as much in bk #2), and I realize that might bore some people, but I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this series. I’m totally dying for the 3rd book!!Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor*Days of Blood and StarlightNote: I just LOVE reading anything by Laini Taylor because she’s an awesome writer. DoS&B involves angels and wishes. I’m excited to read the next one!Unearthly by Cynthia Hand*Hallowed*BoundlessNote: I really liked Unearthly since it was a unique twist on angel mythologies and whatnot, but I personally don’t love that there’s a love triangle. I think that’s why I haven’t gotten around to reading Hallowed yet. But still, it’s a series that gets plenty of decent reviews.Chime by Franny BillingsleyNote: One of my favorite books. As soon as I finished, I wanted to flip it back around and start it again. I really loved it. Hope you will too. :)The Vespertine by Saundra Mitchell*The Springsweet*The Elementals – releases June 4, 2013Note: The Vespertine was an interesting mix of historical and paranormal elements and it was just so cool. I really loved it. Haven’t read The Springsweet yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to it.Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood*Star Cursed – releases June 18, 2013Note: I was completely hooked by the first chapter. Totally fun read if you like witches. The Body Finder by Kimberly Derting*Desires of the Dead*The Last Echo*Dead Silence – releases April 16, 2013Note: I read TBF recently and I loved it! I absolutely adored the romance, but it’s also a suspenseful thriller with some paranormal stuff thrown in.

what is the book vampire academy about.

I cant find much about it and im interested to know what its about before i buy it. and how many books are their in that series? full details please 🙂 thank you!

Vampire Academy is my favorite series!! lol It’s really the best thing I’ve read lately. But I might be biased because I love everything written by Richelle Mead. :)Vampire Academy is about a girl named Rose Hathaway who is a dhampir – half vampire, half human – and she is training to become a guardian after high school. Her best friend, Lissa, is a Moroi princess and the last of her royal bloodline. And she must be protected from the Strigoi, the undead vampires that hunt Moroi vampires. Rose is the ideal person to become her guardian because they have a bond – Rose can sometimes slip into her head and see and feel everything she does. If Lissa was in danger, Rose would know. But trouble is that Rose has a hard enough time just staying in school. And she *must* graduate if she wants to become Lissa’s guardian after high school. The other problem is that her hot mentor is increasingly becoming a distraction…Okay, so it’s not as lame as I just made it sound. lolAnyway, you can read the first chapter at Richelle Mead’s website:http://www.richellemead.com/excerpt/exce…There’s more about the books here:http://www.richellemead.com/books/vampir…But beware, there are spoilers!!VA is so real, I sometimes forget that it’s supposed to be about vampires. lol All of the characters feel very alive. All of them have different personalities that jump off the page, and you really start to care about all of them. I especially love Rose, since she’s the main character. You see everything through her eyes. I love her spark and attitude!! But all of the characters have their own issues. They each have flaws (some little, some not) that really set them apart from each other. And this series is more than that a girl wanting some action from a hot guy. Rose has more things to focus on than just getting into a boy’s pants. There are lives at stake in these books. lol Rose and her novice friends need to get all of the training they can if they want to be prepared for life after high school when they will go on to become guardians for the Moroi. The Strigoi are like the boogeymen of their world. They can’t imagine how scary these guys are once they’re out in the field doing what they’re supposed to.In that case, there’s a lot of action. Some thrilling twists and turns. Surprise endings. Devastating cliff hangers. Everything a good book is made of.There will be six books in total in this series *thank god*. The fourth book is actually releasing next week, but some people have already read it and say that it’s the best in the series so far. Even better than Shadow Kiss, which was the previous “best in the series”. lol Must be really good then I guess.Vampire Academy – awesomeFrostbite – my favorite :)Shadow Kiss – my other favorite; one of the best in the seriesBlood Promise – releases August 25thSpirit Bound – will release May 18, 2010TBA – will be releasing later 2010, probably sometime in the fallThere are also a couple of other places you can find out some info. Here’s the official Vampire Academy website:http://us.penguingroup.com/static/packag…Richelle Mead’s yahoo group (be careful of spoilers):http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rkmfans/The Shadow Bite forum (beware of spoilers here as well):http://vampireacademy.heavenforum.com/forum.htm

Is bloodlines the 7th book to vampire academy series.

Is Bloodlines the 7th book to the vampire academy series? Also how many books are there to the vampire academy series?

Bloodlines is the first book in the Bloodlines series, which is a spinoff of the vampire academy series. I believe there are 6 books in the vampire academy series. There are currently 4 books in the Bloodlines series, with a fifth to be released this year.

How many books will there be in the vampire academy spin off series.

the bloodlines series

Richelle Mead has said in the past that she was contracted to write six books for the Bloodlines series. I don’t think anything has changed, and I see six books listed under the series over at Goodreads. The title of book #2 is THE GOLDEN LILY and it releases June 12th this year. 🙂

How many Vampire Academy books are there in the series.

Are there going to be anymore?I was thinking of reading them and i wanna know are they any good?

vampire academy is a fantastic series. i read harry potter books twice. the order of phoenix 3 times cuz i loved it the most 🙂 but i read VA books about 4 or 5 times each. they’re just that good.1. vampire academy2. frostbite3. shadow kiss4. blood promise5. spirit bound6. last sacrificethere was a story named sunshine by richelle mead in an anthology, kisses from hell. it’s not related to the main story line in vampire academy books, but it’s in the same world with the same creatures and all. (it happened way before the events in VA)and there will be a spin-off series, bloodlines, about some of the peripheral characters who we read about in VA books. maybe it doesn’t sound very interesting to read about minor characters, but believe me, when the 6th book is finished u’ll be desperate for more.i hope u enjoy the series as much as i did.

  1. There’s only six, ending with Last Sacrifice. Though There is supposed to be a spinoff series called Bloodlines I think, to be released August 23, 2011. HTH!

  2. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead is about a dhampir (half-human, half-vampire) girl named Rose, who has taken her best friend, Lissa, a Moroi (good vampire) princess out of school for two years because someone was threatening Lissa and Rose felt that it was dangerous inside of their school. One day, they school finds them and they meet Dimitri (a dhampir guy who is “the guy” of the series) who brings them back to the school. The infernal devices, delirium, divergent series, vampire academy is centered around the lives of teenagers but the book overall is not your typical annoying girly book, you should still read it, tiger’s curse, the unearthly series, hush hush, beautiful creatures and i know about a dozen more but right now i can’t think of them :/

  3. I don’t know if there are going to be any more books (I personally don’t think so), but there’s going to be a spinoff series coming around this August called “Bloodlines”.ShakespeareThere are six books in the (now finished) Vampire Academy series:hard step. look using search engines like google. it can assist!

  4. When a young prophetess is rescued from genocide by a retired veteran, our prolific duo teams up with a sultry bounty hunter who falls for any heroic heart. Old comrades unite amid the chaotic collapse of a world power, and rebel armies form new alliances out of loyalty to the innocent. A princess learns of her true heritage while tribes waken powers of olden. A practitioner of occult science self-fulfills temple prophecy by resurrecting his father from the grave, only to realize the Free People he despises have become his only salvation.Laurent In Chains is a good long read of adult fiction, first book to a Time’s Disease trilogy that is dark, mysterious, romantic, dystopian, untamed~ Available on Nook, Kindle, all eReaders & PDF for computers. Is Boba Fett Alive

  5. Instead of naming great books from the two countries, how about I give you the great authors?3) Shadow KissTwainThe powerful blend of human and vampire blood that flows through Rose Hathaway, Lissa’s best friend, makes her a Dhampir; she is dedicated to a dangerous life of protecting Lissa from the Strigoi, who are hell-bent on making her one of them.

  6. 3.Shadow Kisshttp://www.amazon.com/Times-Disease-ebook/dp/B008RZR32IThis is an international board and there are a lot of English speaking countries. Which country are you interested in?Blood Promise

  7. They’re pretty good novels. You should try them if you can. Personally, I think they hit their high point around the third or fourth book and went downwards from there. Spirit Bound and Last Sacrifice were of much lower quality than Frostbite and Shadow Kiss were.

  8. This book is my fav and you look Inside at Amazon and read the first three chapters for free online. May you enjoy it as much as I did. Thanks~Plus, it’s only 6 books unlike most lengthy series.

  9. I have been reading the book series “Star Wars: The Bounty Hunter Wars.” It’s all about how Bouba Fett excaped the Sarlak and is still alive. It tells Star Wars Episode I II & III in his point of view, along with some of the few people who know that he still lives. I’m not sure how many books are in the series; my library only had book one and two on audiobook on cassettes. I Googled it up and found book three. If you are interested in it. Book one of called The Mandalorian Armour, and book two is called Slave Ship. They are old, though; like I said: my library had them on cassette. They do come in paperback, though. I hope that you got what you needed. Sorry I couldn’t tell you HOW he got out of the Sarlak; I didn’t want to give away any spoilers!

  10. But to answer your question, the main character in VA, Rose, is in her late teens, but she grows throughout the series and doesn’t stay a teenager forever. Her love interest is in his twenties but he’s still relatable. Most of the other character’s are around Rose’s age or younger, and the only other characters are ‘adults’.

  11. After two years of illicit freedom, Rose and Lissa are caught and dragged back to St. Vladimir’s Academy, hidden in the deep forests of Montana. Rose will continue her Dhampir education. Lissa will go back to being Queen of the elite Moroi social scene. And both girls will resume breaking hearts.ThoreauI haven’t read any of them, but my friends all recommend me to try it. There’s a television series out about it.Fear made Lissa and Rose run away from St. Vladimir’s–but their world is fraught with danger both inside and out of the Academy’s iron gates. Here, the cutthroat ranks of the Moroi perform unspeakable rituals and their secretive nature and love of the night creates an enigmatic world full of social complexities. Rose and Lissa must navigate through this dangerous world, confront the temptation of forbidden romance, and never once let their guard down, lest the Strigoi make Lissa one of them forever…If your taking about mangas, then read vampire knight, but I think kamichama karin is funny & very romantic

  12. Kelley armstrong’s books (sorry don’t remember name) are good books similar to those you’ve read i.e have supernatural themes

  13. The house of Night books are my absolute fav…try the immortal series as well by Alison noles

  14. 6.Last SacrificeThere are going to be six books in the series, but currently there is only three out, but the fourth one (in Australia) is coming out on the 31st of August, but I think the 25th of August in America

  15. Lissa Dragomir is a Moroi princess: a mortal vampire with an unbreakable bond to the earth’s magic. She must be protected at all times from Strigoi; the fiercest and most dangerous vampires–the ones who never die.

  16. OMG what number freaking people could desire to examine each vampire series to Twilight? If this replaced into reversed, and Vampire Academy replaced into the traditional one you may say that Twilight replaced into copied off of Vampire Academy. they are the two somewhat diverse in case you provide it a gamble and actually study the e book. notice how at school you’re making connections from e book to e book? If each e book replaced into completely diverse there is not any longer something to connect. besides that element, i think of it may be astounding in the event that they make a action picture yet seeing the Strigoi may be kinda freaky. o.o genuine photos are diverse from psychological photos xD

  17. 4) Blood PromiseI believe that according to the Star Wars Expanded Universe, he survives the Sarlacc in Return of the Jedi by escaping using his jet pack.

  18. The six books are:I have no idea how many books I’ve read in my life. I like to read and I’m in my 50s.The Bronson sistersEDIT: Actually, it’s a movie not a television show. My mistake. A movie is in the works of being made.

  19. There are six books in the series but there will be a spin-off series and the first one is released in august this year. In my opinion this is the best series out you should definitely read it.I suggest you give it a try. What’s the harm? Borrow it from the library if you don’t feel like spending money on it.

  20. 2.FrostbiteWildeSet in a post-apocalyptic future, Time’s Disease offers the classical allure of mythology with enduring messages very relevant to current events. Futuristic themes revolve around castle landscapes to create this novel recipe. Add a dash of mysticism, sprinkled by romance and topped by spatters of horror, to sup from hope’s cup amid life’s epic tragedies. Partake of this bold tale of action and consequence, as revealed by Illiana Rhea and told by the very characters themselves. Behold, this is Laurent In Chains. You MUST read the Vampire Academy series and its spin off series Bloodlines!!! They are brilliant.and the first book in the spin off series is called bloodlines

  21. 6) Last SacrificeMany believe these inevitable events were written in the stars from the dawn of time, and prophets are merely observant students of precession who study repetitive patterns within endless successions of natural cycles. Others say it is impossible to predict legendary incidents which happened before and are destined to occur again. Civilizations have come and gone, leaving historical warnings carved on ancient walls. Unheeded and forgotten by myth, eras are reborn to rise and fall until there comes an age when every god’s immortality nears its end…Shadow KissClick the link above for Amazon and below for all other e-formats:

  22. You need to read the Infernal Devices. They’re the prequels to The Mortal Instruments and in my opinion better. The Delirium books are also really good.

  23. It has love, action, and like everything a book needs, the rest of the series is even better than the first book.Rowling
